Refund policy

Every Rubble and Rise piece is printed just for you when you order, so we don't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size chart on each product page before you order.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery through our contact page (https://rubbleandrise.com/pages/contact) with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund. You don't need to send the item back.

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we'll help track it down or send a replacement.

Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days after we approve them.
